So, along with your personal information, you need to provide your insurance account number as well as your client number or policy number. With this information, they will have a hard time finding the right file to process. You could refer to your company’s specific instructions in order to file a dental insurance claim. Once the claim has been processed, the results of the process will be sent to you. The amount of the coverage will be sent to your dental care provider, and a subsequent receipt will be provided.
